⚗️ How to Use Aqua One pH Down Powder

The pH scale is logarithmic, meaning a change of 1.0 represents a tenfold difference in acidity or alkalinity. Because of this, adjustments must be slow and cautious.

1. Step 1: Test your pH with a reliable test kit like this one. Compare with your fish’s ideal range.
2. Step 2: Dose accordingly. Use 2g of pH Down Powder per 40L of water to lower the pH by approximately 0.4 in 24 hours (e.g., 24g for 500L).
3. Step 3: Dissolve powder in a container of pond or aquarium water. Pour slowly around the tank — avoid pouring in one spot.
4. Step 4: Retest after 12–24 hours and repeat if necessary until the desired pH is reached.
