Automatic koi feeders

When using an automatic fish feeder for ponds, we recommend feeding fish a bit less than usual when you are to be away for an extended period of time.

Automatic fish feeders are great for people that go away on holidays and do not want to rely upon a dedicated “fish sitter” to look after the gang.

They are also great for busy people who want to ensure that their fish get a feed or two while they are busy working

Fish appetite can vary from day to day depending on the weather and a variety of other factors.

It is important to ensure that the fish are never overfed when there is no one there to monitor them.

Having an automatic fish feeder for ponds that you can set both the amount of food delivered and the frequency of feeding is a must.

Many auto fish feeders that we have tested (we have tested most of them!) allow water into them when it rains heavily, allowing the fish food to get wet and clog up the feeder.

You need a fish feeder that you can rely on to make sure your pond fish do not go hungry.  They might be very cross when you get home from your relaxing break!
