This OASE BioSmart Gravity Filter is a multistage mechanical and biological filtration system. It is designed for medium/large ponds 18000L or for ponds with a moderate amount of fish. BioSmart Filters are packed with features and filtration capacity. The high surface area filter foams provide exceptional biological filtration capability in relation to its size.

With features like built-in cleaning mechanism and water temperature gauge make BioSmart Filters an excellent choice for medium ponds with low/med amount of fish. These filters feature zones that promote the settlement of the beneficial bacteria responsible for different phases of the nitrogen cycle, increasing the conversion of harmful ammonia. No need to remove or manually unclog the filter foams of the OASE BioSmart filter. Simply shut off your pump, pull up on the built-in cleaning handles and drain the loosened debris through the built in drain.
