OASE BioStyle 180

The OASE BioStyle 180 is a sleek hang-on filter that provides efficient filtration with easy maintenance, requiring no modifications to the aquarium’s setup and offering better space utilization. This filter offers a clear view of your tank, is easy to clean and includes three different filter media; foam, fleece and carbon.

The OASE BioStyle 180 works by pulling water up through the intake, circulating water through its various compartments and releasing the filtered water through the spillway. This filter has 5 stages of filtration as well as a biological filter. The first filter is a 45ppi foam filter catching debris and allowing beneficial bacteria to settle. Three chemical media mix: carbon (removes toxins and orders), zeolite (removes ammonia) and phosphate binder (removes algae). Finally, the fleece filter acts as a polisher and removes the extremely fine particles ensuring your tank is crystal clear.
